Easter Party

Cupcakes I made….not bad!

Today I had an Easter party at the house for the kids. Each child brought 12 of there own eggs for the Easter Hunt. Taylor and his friends were here so they hid the eggs in the yard for us. The kids got to go out and find the eggs. They were all so cute with their baskets looking for eggs.

Mommy’s helping the kids find eggs.

Hunter found an egg. He really understood what he was doing this year.

Hunter’s 2nd Birthday Party

Hunter peeking his head out of the jumper.

Well we made it 2 years and we still have a life time to go. Watching Hunter grow and being able to be there every step of the way has been the best thing ever. I am really lucky I have been able to stay home with him.

Hunter is such a wonderful little guy, he is smart, loving, caring and funny. He loves all animals, trains, trucks and worms. Yes that is right this is his latest obsession worms, he is always asking me to go and dig for them in the yard. And yes I do! Hunter is a little chatter box, sometimes he does freeze up but for the most part he is chatting you up. Which is something he gets from my side and Brandon’s side. He says words that you couldn’t image a 2 year old would say for the most part he says things pretty clear but sometimes Brandon and I will look at each other and be like what. I have started to work with him on potty training and he is so into it. He loves to be praise so when he goes potty on the potty just the praise is enough of a reward for him. Every day he is coming more and more around to Weston, soon they will be best of buds.

Saturday we had a birthday party for him there were about 34 kids and 40 some adults. Yes I am crazy but we all had a great time. People came and went so it was fine. I went with circus theme for this birthday since Hunter is so in love with animals. I got a bouncer, balloonist, and face painter. Then I had lots of toys for the kids to play with. Everything turned out great and Hunter really enjoyed his party.

This is the cake which I made with a couple of my girlfriends. It took us about 16 hours to make. I was up till 4am one morning with it. I had never made a cake like this before or anything close to this.It turned out great. I also made cupcakes and cake pops too.

As I get more photos I will post them up.
