Hunter is my first son he was born on April 19, 2009, weight 6lbs 7oz and 20 inches long. When he was born he had breathing issues since he was early, he went to the NICU but recovered in no time and he a strong health boy. Hunter is a very caring boy, he loves animals, outside, trucks, trains, dinosaurs, playing, playing and oh did I mention playing. He is a very social boy and talks like he has been talking since the day he was born. I can’t believe how fast the time flies by and how quick they grow. Hunter just turned 2 last month and I feel like things are changing with him faster and faster.
Almost every day we have something fun to do, never a dull moment. Today we had 5 other kids over to play. Hunter was so funny he wants everyone to play outside with him since that’s where he likes to be. So when the other kids would come in he would run to tell me to have them go out.
After the kids left Hunter went down for a two hour nap which was a treat for me since he normally only goes down for about 1.5 hour. When he got up he was not in the best mood and Weston, his brother was in a great mood. Hunter was very winy and its funny because I totally think Weston could sense that Hunter was not in a great mood. Weston would scream at the top of his lungs and then smile, Hunter would then start to cry. I find this to be very funny because Hunter mocks other kids when they cry (I have go to try to get him to stop), and nobody ever does this back to him, and now his 5 month old brother is doing it to him.
We planned to take the kids down town in the evening to go to the street fair. When Brandon got home we headed there. Hunter was saying Downtown the whole drive there, he was excited. I hadn’t taken him there since he was very young. I turned in my seat and said, "Hunter are you excited to go Downtown," his eyes opened up and with a big smile and excited look on his face he nodded yes. (Melts my heart).
While we were Downtown we got food, watched the bubble man, listened to music, let him jump in the bouncer and then headed home. When I asked Hunter if he had fun he nodded yes and said Downtown with a little Asian accent.
Our day was coming to an end, so we sat and played with Play Dough (nightly ritual). Brandon went to take Hunter to bed, then all of a sudden Hunter, who was suppose to be in his bed, came strolling into my room without daddy. When I asked him why he wasn't in bed he said, "Ditch Brandon."
