Quick and Easy Play Date Treats



Halloween Veggie Tray

2 bags baby carrots
1 Can of olives
1 bunch of celery
Ritz Crackers and cheese
Ranch Dip


Candy Corn Cookie Bark

14 whole Oreos, broken up.  I used the Halloween ones with the orange filling
1 1/2 C small stick pretzels, broken into pieces
1 lb. white chocolate
1lb Orange melts
1 C candy corn

Sprinkles I use black, sliver, orange and pumpkin ones.

Cover a large cookie sheet with wax paper.  Spread broken cookies, pretzels and about 3/4 C of the candy corn onto the waxed paper.  Melt orange melts and drizzle over mix. Then melt white chocolate and drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookie mixture.  Sprinkle remaining candy corn and colored sprinkles over the chocolate while it is still wet.  Do not let it harden before putting sprinkles and candy corn on.   Place cookie tray into refrigerator until set and firm.  Remove and gently break bark into small pieces.  Store in air tight container.



Quick Pasta

1 cup Italian dressing( I use 1/2 Kraft Zesty Italian and 1/2 cup Newman's Family Italian Dressing) you can use what ever dressing you like.
1 red pepper (diced into bite size pieces)
1 Yellow pepper (diced into bite size pieces)
1 large can on sliced Olives
1 tomato diced
3 cups of broccoli (cut into flowerets)
Plus ranch to taste if you would like.

Boil and cook the pasta . Drain and rinse under running cold water. Add in the peppers, blanched broccoli and the olives. Finally add Italian dressing and ranch if you like. Toss to combine all the ingredients well. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
